Black and White

I love Black and White photography and think that is a lot more to it than merely converting a coloured image in software. I understand you have to see in terms of light and shade and black and white tones and that is not easy.
I think I have found a modern master of the genre. His name is Nobuyuki Taguchi and if you go to this site, http://www.photo-visible.com/ and like Black and White photo's, you will be in for a treat.

Thanks Brian Dont be concerned lol Believe me it doesnt lean to the right ....although not many of the buildings are square in Amsterdam You will notice the verticals on the tram ( the focal point are bang square ) ...Stopped making that sort of mistake even before I became professional 25 years ago .!!

LOL ! I was going to send you the exact same link as GabrielC !! Bokeh are circle spots that appear in the OOF, Out Of Focus area. So if you follow normal rules, the less we see the spots, the greater the bokeh BUT remember... rules are meant to be broken... That's my comprehension of the subject, don't know if its perfectly exact.
