Congrats on your Top Feature. Your shutter speed is perfect here capturing all the energy of horse and rider in this turn. The image is very well composed and the horse and rider's eyes indicate the direction of the movement.

Thanks Steve, This is a great benefit, and I lost an aunt years ago to breast cancer. Anyway I can contribute back I do. Last year I think the gymkhana raised over 5,000.

- Tell us about your history with photography.
- Have been interested in photography since the 1960's, however, really didn't get passionately involved until approx. 14 years ago when my 1st grandaughter was born.
- What camera equipment do you use?
- Currently using a Sony Alpha 100 (10.2 meg) camera with a Tamron 17-50 Aspherical 1:2.8 lens. Also have a minolta macro 50mm and a Minolta 75-300 zoom lens. Recently added a Sony A850 (full frame-24 meg) to the collection along with a 28mm minolta prime 2.8 lense. Tripod is a Manfroto.

Thanks for the great comments on my latest work. How are things with you? I blew out my back at the end of 2009 and couldn't walk or get out of bed for a month or two. Doing better now, thank GOD! Still think about all you guys from WME09. Great times! We just had a little girl so I probably won't be able to make it out to Yellowstone, although I would love to be there. Maybe in 2011 we can meet up again. I hope all is well!
