- Tell us about your history with photography.
- I received my first camera at 13 but didn't get serious about photography until I met my husband. He has inspired me to learn more about the science of photography, rather than "just having a good eye". Over the last four years I've studied and sponged, both camera technique and post editing techniques. I've just recently started the NYIP course.
I've also started our own site.

Canon 580 and and a 550 flashes
When printing we print our photos on a Canon Pro 9000.

I got pictures !!
FINALLY. I was beginning to think they didn't exist. LMAO
Donnie and I have seen a few, walking across the road at darn near dark... so I have been on a mission to get a few good pictures.
Here they are ! It was so exciting, our hearts were pumpin' like crazy !!!!

Fashion Shoot
So today I met with a young man that I made contact with through craigslist. He was looking for a photographer to do some TFP with.
This is the first time I've done anything like this, and I have to say, I'm really quite pleased. We were both able to learn a little from each other. I learned to use the 7D's master/slave capability by taking the flash off the camera. My lovely assistant Jennifer Lamerand joined me, and with her help I got some really cool flash images.

Sensational Bald Eagle in Maine
While heading up to Acadia National Park, Memorial Day weekend '10... I
spotted this beauty as it was landing in the pine tree from the highway.
Naturally I blurted out " OMG ! You have to turn around. "
It
landed in a tree above a pond, and fate was on our side because there
was a side road off this back country highway. We were able to park
right below and spent about 20 mins there.

Hi!
things have been going good, i got to film the boston 4th of july from the roof of MIT (27 floors above the crowd!) what a view.
In my photography i have started using more RAW and learning more about the ways of that type of shooting, wish the files were not so big lol
i havent posted to D2 in awhile because some of the comments aboput my work, but over time i have been getting stronger praise from the local community between my homes in key west and maine.
I also have some great fire scene photos i wish to upload but life has kept me busy, hope you are well!
