i need to create an IR look & since my college are too mean to get a camera converted to IR & since the scottish weather is not that forthcoming with gloriously sunny days in november i need to convert one
well i've hunted for a tutorial but to me they all just look like monos :(
they lack that eerie ghostly feel that i associate with IR
here's one i tried ...... i'm also struggling to find an image from my collection as landscapes are not really my thing :(
i need to get this put to bed by the end of the week so any advice or links to tutorials would be greatly appreciated
thanks =]
Pipit...best I can do. It looks no different than yours. My editing program is Corel's Paint Shop Pro Photo X2.
I will try with photoshop but it may be no different.

hi pipit... looks like you got lots of great advice from the members at D2... more than I could offer but if I can help with something else please ask... Bob
i realise that vjeko but as i don't have the equipment & the college don't either sadly & time is running out as my assessment is due in :(
we've been told just to convert one
i shot a roll of IR film to try get some shots but sadly they were too poor to use
i'd love to get a filter
i have a nikon d200 is the hoya 72 compatible?
Pipit you will never get or made photos like Adam.Only with filter you will be close.You must understand that his camera catch infra red rays which your camera don`t without filter.This rays give this special and wonderful effect.
